Richie Incognito And Jonathan Martin At the Center of NFL Bullying Scandal

Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin left the team last week after an incident in the lunchroom.

It is becoming clear that Martin's reason for leaving is related to the way he was treated by fellow offensive lineman Richie Incognito.

According to ESPN, Incognito consistently harrassed Martin.  Incognito left a voicemail in April 2013 for Martin.  Richie said, "Hey, wassup, you half n----- piece of s---. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s--- in your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F--- you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."

Sources say that the voicemail was not an isolated incident.

Incognito has a checkered past.  He was voted the NFL's "dirtiest player" by other teammates in 2009.  In college, he was suspended by two different programs.

TMZ Sports posted a video of Incognito on Monday.  The video was shot several months ago.  This is not Kyle Turley like one guy thinks.

The Dolphins have suspended Incognito and have reportedly severed ties with the team.
