Keith Richards admits he's not sure how the Rolling Stones have managed to sustain a career that has lasted a half-century.  But the rocker says there are two key components to any band's longevity - an intense inner drive and a great drummer.

Regarding his own group, he tells the BBC the Stones have had the "determination to outlive them all" and Charlie Watts.  Keith explains that "anybody can rock, but the roll -- that's another thing," adding, quote, "Charlie Watts, that man can play drums."

The Stones are wrapping up their "50 and Counting" trek.  The band's tour finale is coming up this weekend.  The group will play their second of two shows at London's Hyde Park on Saturday.
