James Gandolfini's Will revealed

James Gandolfini's Will revealed

(Yahoo!) - James Gandolfini made sure his loved ones were provided for.

The "Sopranos" star, who died suddenly last month after suffering a heart attack during a trip to Italy, left millions of dollars to his family, friends, and even employees, according to his will, which was filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court on Tuesday and obtained by the New York Post. In the legal papers dated December 19, the New Jersey native, who was 51, left the majority of his estimated $70 million estate to his 13-year-old son, Michael, who had been traveling with him when he died, and 8-month-old daughter, Liliana.

His "beloved" son Michael, who found him in the bathroom of their Rome hotel room and called for help, will receive a trust at the age of 21. He will also be the recipient of all of his father's "clothing and jewelry," which we know contains an extensive collection of wristwatches as the face of Kobold Watches, that he will be able to "distribute in his sole determination."

As far as real estate, the ninth grader will get the option to buy his father's Manhattan condo. The West Village apartment comes with a parking spot ("Parking Spot Number 9"), which is referenced several times in the papers. And Michael will also split his father's Italian property, which includes a house and land, with his half-sister when the infant turns 25.

"It is my hope and desire that they will continue to own said property and keep it in our family for as long as possible," Gandolfini noted.
