Jack Bruce has a new album on the way.  The former Cream frontman has posted a promotional video for his upcoming solo project, "Silver Rails," on his YouTube channel.

The clip shows the veteran rocker working at Abbey Road Studios with drummer Cindy Blackman Santana and Medeski, Martin and Wood keyboardist John Medeski.  The clip is calling the disc "the groundbreaking new album" from Bruce, and his follow up to 2003's "More Jack Than God."

"Silver Rails" is slated for release in Britain on March 1st.  Bruce and His Big Blues Band will support the album with a UK tour starting in Croydon, England on March 15th.  Acoustic soul-pop newcomer Nik Lowe is on board as the opener.  The 21-year-old singer just released his self-titled debut EP earlier this month.
