It's a career first for Black Sabbath.  More than 40 years after their debut on the Billboard 200 chart, the veteran British rockers are coming up with their first-ever number one album on the chart.

Sabbath's Rick Rubin-produced 13 sold more than 155,000 copies in its first week to top the Billboard 200 and also topped charts in the U.K., Denmark, Germany, New Zealand and Switzerland.

Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne calls it "another incredible milestone" for the band, thanking fans for their support and loyalty.

13 is the band's first album in 35 years to feature founding members Osbourne, bassist Geezer Butler and guitarist Tony Iommi.  Black Sabbath will launch their North American tour in support of "13" on July 25th in Houston, Texas.
