The rockers took the U.K. capital's O2 Arena by storm on Sunday with the first of their live gigs to celebrate 50 years in the industry.
The Florence + The Machine frontwoman will now reportedly follow in the footsteps of R&B singer Mary J. Blige, who joined the band on Sunday for a stirring rendition of "Gimme Shelter" with frontman Sir Mick Jagger.
Guitar legend Clapton is also slated to join the rockers on stage before the group heads Stateside to play two comeback concerts in New Jersey and another in New York next month.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "Mary J. Blige did the female vocal part for the first show which blew the crowd away. But Florence is determined to raise the bar even higher... You would never turn down the opportunity to duet with Mick on such an iconic song (Gimme Shelter). It will be an incredible moment. Eric is also taking part at some point which will be historic too."
