Celine Dion is calling on Ne-Yo for a lyrical assist. Ne-Yo tells Digital Spy that working with Dion was "surreal." The R&B star has not only been tapped to pen some of the tracks for the album, tentatively called Water and a Flame, but he will also appear on a duet with Dion.
He says performing with Celine was a "challenge to say the least." Apparently, getting in the lab with the singer caused him to question his own vocal ability. He says the whole time he was in the studio he was just trying to figure out why the producers would need his voice when they have hers.
Ne-Yo's star continues to shine brightly after the success of his 2012 album R.E.D. The singer's fifth album debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 66-thousand copies in its first week.
